Our lead refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for our valued travel agents. Please read the following policy carefully:
Invalid Contact Information: If the lead contains incorrect or invalid contact information, such as a non - working phone number, it is eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Leads: If you receive a duplicate lead from Trip Planners India that you have previously purchased, you are eligible for a refund for the duplicate lead.
Unresponsive Leads: If a lead does not respond to multiple (at least 3) documented contact attempts within 24 hours, it may be eligible for a refund.
Misleading Information: If the lead contains misleading or false information that significantly affects its value, it is eligible for a refund.
Valid Information: Leads that have valid contact information and respond but do not convert into sales are not eligible for refunds.
Preference Changes: If a lead changes their travel preferences or plans after initial contact, this is not grounds for a refund.
Delayed Responses: Leads that eventually respond after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund if they were initially unresponsive.
Submission: To request a refund, you must submit a refund request form through our Trip Planners India portal within 24 hours of receiving the lead.
Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of contact attempts (emails, call logs, etc.) along with your refund request.
Review: Our team will review the submitted request and documentation. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Approval: If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your Portal account balance with Trip Planners India.
If your refund request is denied and you believe it should be reconsidered, you can escalate the issue by contacting our customer support team at travel@tripplannersindia.com or Whatsapp With the subject line "Refund Dispute".
Our senior management will review the dispute and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
Trip Planners India reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. All changes will be communicated to our travel agents through email and our official website.
